Absolutely. Our legal coordination is optional, though strongly recommended for clients without existing Croatian legal representation. We're happy to work alongside your chosen attorney.

If you've found a property through another source, we can still assist with due diligence and negotiation. Our fee structure accommodates external properties—contact us for specifics.

Ownership history verification, land registry checks, building permit status, cadastral alignment review, utility connection confirmation, and encumbrance search. We provide a written report detailing findings and any concerns.

Engagement fees are due at agreement signing. Commission is payable upon successful closing. For larger engagements, we can discuss structured payment arrangements—simply ask during initial consultation.

We invoice in euros, which is now Croatia's official currency. Bank transfers are preferred. Property transactions themselves require euro-denominated payments through Croatian banking channels.
