From the Riva waterfront, walk west through Marmontova street and continue uphill into Varoš. Our office is in a renovated stone building with a blue door—look for the small brass plaque. Street parking is limited; we recommend the Hrvojeva garage, five minutes on foot.
Istria Base
Our Istrian operations run from a charming workspace in Rovinj's old town. If your search focuses on northern Croatia, this is often the more convenient starting point.

Grisia is Rovinj's famous art street leading up to St. Euphemia church. Our office is halfway up on the right—a green shuttered building. The old town is pedestrian-only; park at the harbor lot and walk up through the main gate.

Absolutely. Video consultations are common for international clients. We use Zoom, Google Meet, or whatever platform you prefer. Initial consultations are complimentary and typically last 30-45 minutes.
Our team is fluent in Croatian, English, German, and Italian. We can arrange interpreters for other languages when needed. All documentation can be provided in English alongside Croatian originals.

Many of our international clients conduct most of their search remotely. We've refined our processes to serve clients who can't be in Croatia frequently.
